Chiera

A terrestrial planet found in the Gittier Planetary System of the Parle Star System in the Pelazia Star Cluster. Chiera is one of the most technologically advanced planets in the Pelazian Galactic Senate. Technology development was already notably advanced when the Senate came to help them refine their space travel technology. Without the senate's restrictions, the people of Chiera had already heavily scarred their planet via nuclear warfare. Only seven major cities exist throughout Chiera, all highly developed with several megabuildings. Chiera homes roughly 12 billion people.
